At PAWS & PURRS Welfare Trust, we are a group of animal lovers working every day to rescue, treat, and care for street animals — especially cats and dogs — who are hurt, abandoned, or in need of love.
While we don’t operate a physical shelter, we make sure that every rescued animal receives medical care, healing time in a foster home, and eventually, a second chance at life — either through rehoming or safe release.

We respond to emergency calls and rescue street animals who are injured, ill, or in danger. -
Treatment & Veterinary Care
We’ve partnered with nearby veterinary clinics and trusted treatment centers to make sure every rescued animal gets proper medical attention. -
Foster-Based Recovery
After treatment, our animals are placed in loving foster homes — where they can recover in a stress-free environment. -
Release or Rehome
Once healed, we either safely release them back to their known territory (if they’re healthy community animals) or find them a forever home. -
Community Support & Volunteer Network
Kind-hearted families volunteer to foster animals and help us during rescue, transport, or adoption drives. Our strength lies in people who care.

At Paws & Purrs Welfare Trust, our mission is to protect, heal, and uplift the lives of injured, abandoned, and vulnerable animals — especially street cats and dogs — through rescue, medical care, and responsible rehoming.
We envision a world where no animal suffers silently on the streets. Our goal is to step in where others can’t or won’t — to be the first response when an animal is in distress, and to be the guiding hand that leads them from pain to peace.
Since we don’t operate a shelter, our model is foster-based — ensuring each animal receives personalized care in a calm, loving environment. With the help of trusted veterinary partners and dedicated volunteers, we provide complete treatment, emotional rehabilitation, and eventually, a forever home or safe return to their natural habitat.
